It was built up with two existing roof layers, and instead of doing a complete tear off and replacement, we were able to give them a silicone roof coating, extending the life of their roof while also avoiding major landfill waste. This seamless roof was completed in 2 weeks and came with a 10-year renewable manufacturer warranty.

Briggs & Stratton Warehouse

The Milwaukee-located Briggs & Stratton Warehouse still had its original roof from its first construction when they contacted Eco Tec. To avoid completely tearing off the existing, 22,500 square foot roof, which would have voided the warranty, we added a 1-inch layer of roof foam and S-2000 over the top. This two-week project gave Briggs & Stratton a new, 10-year renewable manufacturer warranty for their seamless roof, plus a layer of insulation.

Huber Heights, OH
The North Heights Plaza Shopping Mall in Huber Heights, Ohio had active leaks in its 118,000 square foot EPDM roof. These leaks had customers avoiding doing their shopping at the mall, so they called Eco Tec to solve their problem.
